Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed and in the same condition that you received it.

Bottles that have been opened or have a broken seal are not eligible for a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us via email prior to returning your package and we will confirm the UK return address, return the bottle(s) by a registered tracked postal service for proof of delivery or we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please also include your return postal address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm we have received your item(s) If you do not hear from us within a reasonable time please contact us and we will look into the matter.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product please contact us for the UK return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged in Transit Items

Upon initially receiving your package one or more bottles is damaged by the carrier please take a photo of the damage within 24 hours and send it to us, we can then make a claim and replace the damaged item. You will also have to return the damaged item and its contents.
